- Education...
In collaboration with Recording Connection, Blue Bear Sound's Bruce Valeriani has begun training/mentoring students in their Sound Recording program.  See their website for more information.

- Mixing and more mixing....
Bruce Valeriani has been busy mixing new material for Ottawa alternative band TunnelVision and also New York punk rockers Not Quite Rebels.  And he's also about to start on projects for the Florida-based funk-blues-jazz band Stuey Blue.

- Kiwanis Idol...

- Parkway Road Pentecostal Church - Battle of the Bands...
Blue Bear Sound sponsored the Parkway Road Pentecostal Church's BOTB fundraiser on Aug 27th from 4-10pm.  Bruce Valeriani was proud to present the band Antishock from Kanata with the prize of 9 hours of recording time. 

- Kiwanis Idol...
Blue Bear Sound is sponsoring the Kanata Kiwanis Club's "Kanata Kiwanis Idol." Auditions were held on Aug 6/7 and the competition is going to be top-notch.  Many outstanding new singers registered.  Watch for the Showcase coming on Aug 20th and the Big Event  on Sep 3rd & 4th!!
